Live To Lead

Leadership is not for the faint of heart.

We are summoned to lead.

Leading is mentoring, coaching, and training. 

Anointing by Association, Succession, and Impartation.

The great divide is that sometimes leaders are not even aware of the next!

With growth comes stretching and changing.

Psalms 78:7,8

Mentoring is an act of obedience.

True mentors win the hearts of those they lead.

Mentors teach us how to grow up!

We all need people who will believe in us until we believe in ourselves. 

1. See what God sees in people. 

   1. As people mature, they learn to encourage themselves in the Lord.
      

   2. God forgives and receives those who are immature but those who continue to rebel miss out on God's maturity!

   3. I don't take someone's character to task over a simple innocent mistake.

   4. Patterns of sin produce lack of effectiveness. 

   5. When we are immature we make the same mistakes!

2. Have a heart for people 

   1. Be an encourager 

   2. Love people, do good to people, bless them and pray for them!

   3. When your heart is pure your dreams and visions will surface.

3. Speak greatness, see greatness, speak about seeing miracles.

   1. We need large hearted leadership.

   2. Our purpose - know Him and make Him known

   3. Our creativity - is like building your house from heaven down

   4. Our growth - mentors teach us how to grow up!

   5. Encouragement - stay in courage even in conflict 

Mentoring is changing the way we see

Changing the way we speak

Changing the way we sow in the kingdom and now
