What does it mean to do something with your whole heart?

Anyone who fulfills their destiny will probably pay a greater price than they thought would be required.

Jesus told us to love God with our heart(passion), soul(prayer), and mind(power).

Half-hearted or whole hearted

Which is it?

Galatians 5 says, “I had a lot of plans on how I could get things done”

(that means we aren’t being led by the Holy Spirit.)

The Spirit gives us Zeal!

David said, “we would find God when we sought with our whole heart!” Psalms 119:10

Seek Him, inquire of Him, and crave Him with our whole heart.

How does a person behave when craving something?

They go after it with passion!

1. God wants to be wanted

Maybe you have never prayed for a passionate desire for what God desires.

“Delight yourself in the Lord”

“Discipline yourself in the word and watch what God does.”

Instead of feeling guilty because you don’t pray, ask God to give you a hunger for Him.

Maybe if we taught our kids to be in the house of God they would seek God!

Obey Him and He will increase your desire to pray more.

1. You can be as close to God as you want to be

Many disciples turned away because they didn’t want to see Him die. And didn’t understand when He told them to eat His flesh and drink His blood. John 6:53-68

You can not go anywhere if you don’t start in the direction you want to go.

1. Be dedicated, not frustrated

Be faithful and dedicated

Some of you here do not believe! John 6:64

To whom shall we go?

God is training you in small things so you can rule over many things!
