Eternity

It’s not something that just happens after we die, but eternity is now in session!

Eternity is not just a quantity of life, it’s a quality of life that we can begin living in the moment of conversion!

It’s where we came from, it’s where we are going!

Eternity is a God given instinct placed in us. This earth suit called your body that fights and feuds with your faith tries to keep you away from your eternal resting place.

Eternity is a gift that we receive when we believe!

Pastor Tim was deeply moved by a phrase years ago, “You are not affecting eternity.” A question that bears our attention.

The bible says, “That God has placed eternity in our hearts.” But the people could not fathom it!

The eternity that God places in our heart is a “place.”

Jesus said, “I go to prepare a place for you that where I am there you may be also.” (Pastor Tim left a legacy of trusting God.)

Pastor Tim left a legacy of wisdom, wit, and encouragement.

Always the consummate encourager, faith builder and truth seeker. A strong wisdom and quick wit.

Every year the little town of Pacific Grove, CA witnesses one of God’s spectacles.

In the fall of the year great clouds of orange and black monarch butterflies sweep down from Canadian rockies.

They cluster on pine trees by the millions to stay through the winter. In march they fly off again.

After laying their eggs, a butterfly’s work is complete. No butterfly makes the journey twice. Its life span is too short.

But the next year the offspring comes back who have never been to Pacific Grove and stay for the winter.

How do they know where to go?

Instinctively they are guided and they come to exactly the same trees where their parents came.

In much the same way we have planted within us a longing for a place called Heaven.

Jesus is for real

Heaven is for real

Our citizenship is already there in Heaven
