John 2:1-10
In the case of each miracle, what caused the miracle to take place?
The answer is simple: they did as the Lord said.
Whatever God speaks to you is possible.
There is a miracle in the house somewhere, but it is not always in the same place.
On one occasion, Moses was commanded to take the staff and strike the rock for water. Later he was told to speak to the rock but struck it as before. His disobedience cost him his trip to the Promised Land (Numbers 20:7-13).
Whatever He says, do it!
The making of a miracle involves faith, obedience, and the willingness to take a risk. We need to overcome doubt, fear, and thinking we know it all! Each act of obedience shortens the distance to any miracle you are pursuing.
Your assignment will require the supernatural intervention of God. Jesus said, "For without me, you can do nothing." John 15:15
Your assignment will require miracles.
Miracles require God.
God requires your obedience!
It took a miracle:
to bring the walls of Jericho down
for Gideon and his 300 men to win
for Naaman at the Jordan to receive his healing
for the water to be turned to wine at the wedding in Cana of Galilee
for the widow at Zaraphath to see her last meal multiply
God never gives you an assignment that does not require His participation!
Your assignment will always be big enough to require a miracle. You are wanting a miracle, but God is wanting a relationship.
God makes miracles necessary so that you will be motivated to pursue Him.
Every single act of God is designed to increase your dependence on Him (Deuteronomy 8:3).
Jesus loved performing miracles (Acts 10:38).
Unlock the flow of miracles into your life with these keys:
1. Recognize that any assignment from God will require the miracles of God.
You will not succeed alone.
One of the most important things in your life is the Holy Spirit.
He won't give you anything that will take His place in your life.
Expect miracles. At some point, you will need God's intervention (Hebrews 11:6).
2. Understand that the logic of your mind and the faith of your heart collide.
They will wage war with each other (Galatians 5:17).
Logic produces order; faith produces miracles.
Logic is the wonderful gift God gives you to create order when dealing with people.
Faith is the wonderful gift God gives you to perform miracles.
3. Your assignment will require miracle relationships with friends, mentors, and divine contacts.
Your assignment is decided by God and discovered by you.
Relationships are not always easy, but the miracle of connection still happens.
Some sow and sow, but nothing happens: Time is a seed, Prayer is a seed, Money is a seed, and Kindness is a seed.
The seed that leaves your hand, never leaves your life; it enters your future where it multiplies.
If you don't have enough for the harvest, it must be a seed.
Obedience to your assignment produces health and healing, protection, favor, financial increase, miracles, and blessings forever.
Each decision you make either increases you or decreases you.
4. Miracles come easy to the obedient.
Isaiah 1:19 says, "If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land."
Any move toward self-sufficiency is a move away from God.
Remember, miracles are coming toward you or away from you everyday depending on your outlook.
